SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for joining the slow tea movement. All orders are packed fresh in the village of St Agnes, Cornwall. Quality and freshness of product is very important to us, no products are pre packed off the shelf.

 

Most orders are processed and posted to you in 2 to 3 days after picking and drying. During peak periods, it may take 3 to 5 working days to prepare your tea, but we're working hard to get your items to you as quickly as possible. Please allow additional time if you are buying tea as a gift.

 

Postage & packaging (UK destinations only) is charged at £4.99 via Royal Mail. Receive free delivery on orders over £35.
